0Stella is alternative rock with fiddle to comfort hearts amongst a rising tide. Blending Yeah Yeah Yeahs, St. Vincent, PJ Harvey and The Frames, Liz Pomeroy writes songs based on universal themes of love and loss, but also about environmental issues. She is an advocate for minimal impact living. A native of Dublin, Ireland, Liz completed a tour of Ireland and the U.K this summer; her first since emigrating to Canada in 2008. She recently was awarded the Cultural Diversity Grant from Edmonton Arts Council to record a 4-track EP. She will be recording at Velveteen Audio this February.
