Stephanie Medford @StephMedford inspired by Minneapolis’ Tom Grotting, creates a series of frozen clothes and install them individually and in small groups around the festival site.

Keep your eyes open for these frolicking pants and sweaters as they have their own silly kind of frozen fun on the festival site.
